The e-mark is with you all the way – both before, during and after shopping on an online store, and the e-mark’s lawyers regularly check the e-labeled stores, so you are sure that the online stores always live up to the law and the e-mark’s special consumer protection requirements. The Association of Danish Travel Agents & Tour Operators

As a member we must meet criteria such as a strong economy but also having knowledge about traveling and professional customer service. This means that our membership is your guarantee for a professional travel agency.

Through our membership we are obliged to follow any verdict made by the Danish Package Travel Appeals Board. Furthermore, we are also obliged to have extended liability insurance which is your guarantee that in case you should be granted any compensation from us, you can be sure that you will get it.

All Danish travel agencies must be a registered in The Travel Guarantee Fund. If a travel agency goes bankrupt, you are sure to get your money back. However, Greenland Travel is a well-consolidated company owned by Air Greenland so you do not have to worry about that.

Greenland Travel has a good credit rating

Greenland Travel has a good credit rating. This means high security for both customers and suppliers. This rating is assigned to a company with a good ability to meet current payment obligations.
Greenland Travel is part of the Air Greenland Group and, thus, we have a robust basis for delivering services and living up to our obligations, and you can safely trade with Greenland Travel. We are, of course, also a member of the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund, the Danish Travel Agency Association, and IATA certified.

The rating expresses the likelihood that a company will cause payment problems to its suppliers. The probability is displayed through a letter code where AAA is the best, while C is the worst.

IATA certified

Greenland Travel is a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association). As a certified IATA agent, the agency must comply with financial requirements regarding solvency and liquidity in addition to strict training requirements for our staff. Membership means that Greenland Travel is authorized to issue tickets to most airlines in the world.
